Shipping Within Canada:
Due to Federal Tobacco regulations in Canada, we are not permitted to ship tobacco to consumers in other Provinces within Canada.
All online shipping orders must be paid with Electronic Funds Transfer to email@example.com . We also require confirmation of legal age, this can be done through email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We require picture of the customer holding their photo ID with their face, birth date and ID photo easily visible and the order number as the email subject, the name on the ID must match the name on the order. If there are any issues with confirming your age you will be contacted by our staff and your order will not be shipped until verified.
We try to have orders ready to ship within 72 hours, you will receive a notification in your email when your package has shipped. All parcels are shipped through Canada Post and will have a Canada Post tracking number.

Oversized Packages & Remote Location Shipping
Shipping cost may be subject to change depending on location and package size. We may pay a portion of the shipping cost, while the remainder will be the customer's responsibility. This may change the order total. We will contact you if there are any added shipping costs.

Placing a Pickup Order:
If you prefer not to place your order online through the website, call the shop during business hours at 403-343-1588 or message us through social media @gordssmokeshop on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
If your order is placed online we try to have pickup ready within 2 hours of your order being confirmed and you can choose to be notified by email, text, or phone call when it is ready. Pickup orders placed after 4pm will be available for pickup the following day at 10am unless notified otherwise. If you have placed your order over the phone or through social media we will notify you when it is ready at that time.
Paying for a Pickup Order:
Payment can be made by e-transfer to email@example.com, or paid at time of pickup with Interact, Visa, and MasterCard. Gift cards can also be accepted at time of pickup, or called in ahead of time.
Government issued photo ID is required for all pickups of 18+ products. Proof of legal age can be presented at time of pickup if paying at that time, or, if paying with e-transfer, sent in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the customer holding their photo ID with their face, birth date and ID photo easily visible and the order number as the email subject.
Receiving a Backdoor Pickup Order:
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup through your preferred notification method. When you are outside of the shop in the receiving area please call (403)-343-1588 with your order number and/or first name.
If you have paid with e-transfer beforehand we will confirm that we have received proof of legal age if purchasing 18+ items. If you choose to pay at the time of pickup we will require your photo ID at that time. Please note that no 18+ items will be released without confirmation of required legal age.
Placing a Delivery Order:
If you prefer not to place your order online through the website, please text or call our us during business hours at 403-343-1588 or message us on social media @gordssmokeshop on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
When placing an online delivery order we will confirm your order and contact you about our next available delivery time through your preferred method of email, text, or calling.
Paying for a Delivery Order:
Payment can be made by e-transfer to email@example.com, or by debit and credit card at time of delivery. Gord's delivery fee is an additional $4.20 +GST and includes all addresses within Red Deer city limits.
