Return Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied when purchasing our products. 

When dealing with a return for an online purchase or delivery order, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order with any issues you have and we will do our best to make it right. This includes issues such as:

  • Items arriving broken due to poor shipping or handling
  • Receiving the wrong order
  • Missing products 
  • Improper function of electronics upon arrival
  • Manufacturing defects

When receiving a curbside pickup order please check your order before leaving the store so we can resolve any issues at that time. All sales become final once the items have left with you unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

If you are dissatisfied with your order due to reasons such as purchasing the wrong sized replacement piece, changing your mind about an order, not liking a piece in person etc., please note you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible to cover costs of return shipping and handling. Returns of this nature will be a case by case basis, used items will not be returned under any circumstances unless covered by a warranty. We have to right to refuse returns for any reason.




Some items are covered by a manufacturer warranty for defects. What is covered and for how long is determined by the manufacturer and supplier. In some cases we are able to handle the warranty and exchange the product for a new one, we offer it at the time of purchase if this is available on your product. Most warranties require several days to complete, we may request that you leave the product with us for a period of time while we process the return. Some in-store warranties are provided at an additional cost to the customer. If you notice a defect in your item please contact us or the manufacturer for further instructions.
